Peggy Birnberg passed away peacefully on Friday, February 8th, 2013. Peggy served as Chair of our Board and Chair of the Personnel Committee through a challenging transition period, and her contributions to A-Way are greatly appreciated. Peggy was admired and loved here at A-Way and she is sorely missed. She was featured in an A-Way newsletter in 2010 as she retired from Houselink as Executive Director after 19 years. Read here.
